Q : How to remove guilt?

This question is asked by one of our visitors..

Question :

I feel really bad and guilty for something i have done i can not undo it, how can i get rid of this guilt feeling?

Answer :

All humans have a conscience, some cloud it with negative thoughts and let others steer them ahead in life, and some clear the fog and keep their conscience crystal clear.

Seems like that you really are confused and feel bad about something you have done from your message. Remember one thing, what is done is done, but what is still not out of this world is the feeling you have the guilt that is born within you. Do anything you can but make sure that doesn’t die out.

It’s sometimes the guilt that seperates us from animals, its the guilt that makes us realize what we are doing is right or wrong and react upon that.

Now not knowing your whole situation it just seems that the best way to get out of something you can undo is talk to the ones affected by what you claim you did.

Talking about something from the bottom of your heart not only makes the weight on your shoulders lighter but makes the person who is unaware of what you did feel that you really are sorry.

And ofcourse the fear of being rejected by the other person or the fear of not being trusted ever again is there, and fairly enough it should be. Because when you open up your heart and confess your mistake, not only will it make you move into becoming a better human being but someone who realizes their mistake before its too late.

No one knows about tomorrow, so advice would be to heal yourself and your mind by taking the first opportunity you can right after reading this.

And good luck, because not everyone can open up and stand away from their wrongdoings. The fact that you can’t undo what you did, does not stop you from doing what you can!
